Bathroom Vanity Tops in Nokomis, Florida

A new bathroom vanity top is one of the quickest upgrades in a home. We fabricate vanity tops in quartz, granite, marble, quartzite and dolomite, with undermount sinks, faucet holes and matching backsplashes. Smaller vanities are often a great fit for remnants, the leftover pieces from larger slabs, so ask what is available.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Pick your stone

Choose a full slab or ask about remnants that fit your vanity size.

  2. Step 2: Get your estimate

  3. Step 3: Templating

We measure the vanity, sink position and faucet layout.

  4. Step 4: Installation

We set the top, secure the sink and drill the faucet holes on site.

Which material is best for a bathroom vanity?

Quartz is the most carefree vanity top, because it never needs sealing and shrugs off toothpaste, soap and makeup. Marble and dolomite are lovely in bathrooms, where acids and heat are rare. Granite and quartzite are durable natural stone choices that need occasional sealing.

Bathrooms are where softer stones get a second look. A marble countertops vanity keeps its polish far longer than a marble kitchen, because the stone sees fewer acidic spills. If you want zero maintenance, quartz countertops are hard to beat.

Can I use a remnant for my vanity?

Yes, and it is one of the smartest ways to get premium stone in a small space. A remnant is a leftover piece cut from a larger slab, and a single vanity or a powder room often needs only a small piece. See what remnants are and how to ask for them on our countertop remnants page. Bring your measurements when you ask.

Which sink works with a stone vanity top?

Most stone vanity tops use an undermount sink, which sits below the stone so you can wipe water straight into the bowl. Common options are white ceramic rectangular and oval undermount sinks in several sizes. Vessel sinks that sit on top of the counter also work. Our countertop sinks page lists the shapes and sizes.

Can you build double vanities and backsplashes?

Yes. Double vanities with two undermount sinks are common, and we can add a matching backsplash or a taller splash behind the faucets. For a floating vanity, the stone needs proper support underneath, which we plan during measuring. Browse bathrooms we have finished in our project gallery.

How do I get started?

Measure the vanity cabinet (width and depth), note the sink and faucet you want, and take a photo of the space. Then request your countertop estimate or visit our Nokomis showroom to pick the stone in person.

How long does a vanity top installation take?

A bathroom vanity top is usually the simplest kind of installation, with just one or two pieces of stone to set, so it usually takes less time than a kitchen. A double vanity, a full backsplash or the removal of an old cultured marble top can add time. We will confirm the plan for your bathroom when we schedule.

Do I need a new vanity cabinet for a stone top?

Not always. A stone top can go on your existing vanity if the cabinet is solid, level and the right size for the sink you want. Older vanities sometimes need a little reinforcement or leveling. We look at the cabinet when we measure and tell you honestly whether it will support a stone top for the long run.

Do you drill the faucet holes?

Yes. Faucet holes are drilled on site, in front of you, so we can confirm the faucet position and spacing before we drill. That avoids mistakes with widespread and single hole faucets. Have your faucet on hand on installation day, or at least its specification sheet, so the holes match the faucet you plan to install.
